The Indian embassy in China said this week that the Chinese Ministry of Education made it clear that Chinese universities not on the 45 list are not allowed to enroll MBBS in China.

The Indian embassy wrote in a press release that the Chinese Ministry of Education pointed out that it is strictly forbidden (for relevant universities) to recruit MBBS students in disguised form in a bilingual teaching mode. In the later stage, experts will be organized to conduct follow-up investigations and continue to dynamically adjust the admission plan for the next year based on the investigations. The Indian embassy said that in order to prevent confusion, other Chinese universities that have failed to provide MBBS courses for foreign students have been deleted on the official website. Although Chinese universities are racing to recruit foreign students, especially Indian students, to study medicine in China, it is not easy to recruit high-level professors who teach in English for MBBS in China
