Major in Clinical Medicine ( MBBS ), the language of instruction is English, and the academic year is six years (including one year of clinical practice). A “graduate certificate” can be issued if it meets the graduation requirements, and a “bachelor’s degree in medicine” can be awarded to those who meet the degree granting regulations (the English copy can be Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery , MBBS ).

Given the growing interest of Indian students in MBBS in China, the Indian Embassy in China said on October 7 that the Chinese Ministry of Education had previously approved 45 medical schools in China to teach MBBS courses to foreign students in English.
Gao Zheng has a record high in the number of Indian students studying medicine in China for MBBS. As tuition fees in Chinese universities are more affordable than in educational institutions in countries such as Britain, the United States and Australia, China is attracting a large number of foreign students, especially from India and other Asian countries .Indian students are increasingly interested in Chinese medical courses. The Indian embassy in China said this week that the Chinese Ministry of Education made it clear that Chinese universities not on the 45 list are not allowed to enroll MBBS in China.
The Indian embassy wrote in a press release that the Chinese Ministry of Education pointed out that it is strictly forbidden (for relevant universities) to recruit MBBS students in disguised form in a bilingual teaching mode. In the later stage, experts will be organized to conduct follow-up investigations and continue to dynamically adjust the admission plan for the next year based on the investigations. The Indian embassy said that in order to prevent confusion, other Chinese universities that have failed to provide MBBS courses for foreign students have been deleted on the official website. Although Chinese universities are racing to recruit foreign students, especially Indian students, to study medicine in China, it is not easy to recruit high-level professors who teach in English for MBBS in China
China provide cheaper MBBS course in compare of Indian private medical colleges. But the passing percentage in Medical Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE ) is very low. That’s why it recommended for MBBS in China.
